1:10 and 1:25 scale miniatures of the 'Bates Motel' designed and built to be exploded with pyrotechnics in a scene for 'Rough Cut' feature film. Scratch made from timber, layered card, putty, paint, with breakaway cladding for 'splintering' effect. Window frames were sculpted then cast as resin multiples.
